Horizontal Screw Scale:
– The horizontal screw scale is a special type of screw scale system, commonly used in open-mouth bag packaging machines for weighing and supplying powdered materials.
– Its distinguishing feature is a horizontally positioned screw conveyor, in contrast to the traditional vertical screw scale.
– The horizontal screw scale is more adaptable to specific packaging layouts, such as bottom filling, due to its conveyor direction being better suited for filling from the bottom.
Bottom Filling Method:
– Bottom filling is a method of filling powder from the bottom of the packaging machine into the packaging bag.
– This method typically requires a specially designed horizontal screw scale system to ensure that the powder can be smoothly conveyed from the bottom into the packaging bag while maintaining weighing accuracy.
– Some packaging machines also be equipped with special gripping devices to stabilize the packaging bag during the filling process.
Dust removal function:
Typically achieved through components such as dust collectors, filters, and hoods. They work together to capture and remove dust, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety in the packaging process.

1. Raw Material Supply: A raw material supply system is used to convey the powder material to the packaging area. This can be achieved using a conveyor belt, screw conveyor, or other suitable devices.
2. Bag Opening: Before the packaging process begins, an automatic bag opening system opens an empty packaging bag. This process may involve cutting, tearing, or heat-sealing the bag’s opening to ensure it can be filled.
3. Filling and Metering: The powder material is accurately measured and conveyed into the opened packaging bag. This step is often accomplished using rotary or gravity-fed feeding systems to ensure each bag contains the correct amount of powder.
4. Sealing: Once the packaging bag is properly filled, the machine automatically seals the top of the bag. This is typically done through methods such as heat sealing, adhesive sealing, or stitching.
5. Packaging Output: After filling and sealing, the finished bagged products are conveyed to the output area of the packaging line, ready for shipment or further processing.
