1. Weighing Range: This machine is capable of handling a wide range of product weights, typically ranging from 10 kilograms (22 pounds) to 50 kilograms (110 pounds) or more, depending on the specific model and configuration.
2. Scale Type: It is equipped with a high-precision gravity scale or screw scale. This scale ensures accurate measurement of the product weight before packaging, allowing for consistent and reliable packaging.
3. Sealing Method: The machine employs various sealing methods, including heat sealing and stitching, to securely close and seal the bags. Heat sealing is commonly used for sealing plastic bags, while stitching is used for sealing paper or woven bags.
4. Automation: Many packaging machines are fully automated, allowing for continuous and high-speed packaging operations. They may also include features like conveyor systems for efficient material handling.
ZD-400 | 300~400 bags/h, granular, flake and powder mixed products with general fluidity (such as polyester resin, etc.) |
ZD-600 | 500~600 bags/h, granular materials with good fluidity (such as plastic particles, white sugar, etc.) |
Packaging accuracy | ±20~±50g (varies by weight, packing speed, bag size and product characteristics) |
Packaging weight | 10~50kg/bag |
Bag material | Paper bag, paper-plastic composite bag, woven bag, aluminum foil bag, PE bag |
Bag type | Side pillow bag or “M” type bag, bottom square bottom bag or “-”type |
Size range | Length 500~1000mm, width 350~600mm, M fold (40~80) mm*2 |
Bag Loading:
Empty bags are manually or automatically loaded into the machine’s magazine or bag holder.
Material Filling:
Bulk materials, such as grains, seeds, or powders, are fed into a funnel or hopper above the open end of the bag.
Filling and Weighing:
The material is dispensed into the bag while simultaneously being weighed to achieve the desired weight or volume.
Bag Sealing:
Once filled, the bag is moved to a sealing station, where it is sealed. This can be done through methods like heat sealing, stitching, or folding and gluing.
Cutting and Trimming:
Excess material from the bag, such as the bag’s top portion or any excess material above the seal, is trimmed or cut off.
Output:
The sealed and filled bags are then conveyed, stacked, or collected for storage, transport, or further processing.
