Incline Conveyor: Used to convey products from the production line to a transition buffer area.
Transition Buffer: Regulates conveyor speed to ensure product stability.
Bag Press: Flattens packaging bags to evenly fill them with materials, maintaining bag shape.
Bag Rotation Device: Allows rotation of packaging bags by ±90° or 180°, positioning all bag seams on the inside for neater and more secure stacking.
Grouping Device: Controls the start and stop of the grouping conveyor and bag pushing with precise detection switches to arrange packaging bags in an orderly manner.
Stacking and Layering Lift Device: Uses position control to stack packaging bags in multiple layers, with automatic supply of empty pallets, ensuring continuous, accurate, and reliable operation.

According to the programming stacking pattern, bags are initially arranged in rows on a roller conveyor. When a row is formed, it is then moved to a temporary parking area.
When the last row completes this layer, a pusher moves the entire layer onto two sliding pallet doors. The pallet doors unload this layer in the center and compact it on all four sides.
At this point, the doors open and unload the just-formed layer onto the pallet being created, and its frame is lowered by one layer’s thickness.
The cycle begins again until the pallet is completed, at which point the frame lowers to the height of the exit roller conveyor.
Through the roller conveyor, the pallet is ejected and sent to a parking roller conveyor. At the same time, a new empty pallet arrives at the moving frame, which is raised to the height of the pallet doors to receive the prepared first layer and start a new cycle.
